What does the day look like?
Your day is inside n8n, Make and Zapier: you connect OpenAI API (GPT-4o), Anthropic Claude API and Google Gemini API to Airtable, Notion Databases, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, Slack Web API, Discord Developer Portal, Telegram Bot API, WhatsApp Business API and Gmail API through REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks (HTTP POST/GET) and OAuth 2.0. Interfaces are built in Softr, Bubble, FlutterFlow and Retool, with Pinecone, Qdrant and Supabase pgvector for retrieval.
The split is: 15% to 20% writing prompts and selecting models — the visible part. 40% to 50% cleaning messy input, mapping JSON arrays, fixing failed runs, HTTP 429 limits, OAuth 2.0 token refreshes and schema mismatches. 20% to 25% interviewing owners, turning manual admin work into logic trees and writing documentation, plus 10% to 15% updating deprecated endpoints, monitoring webhook delivery, managing API credit burn and auditing privacy. Core work is business hours, but with United States (UTC-4 to UTC-7) or Western Europe (UTC+1 to UTC+2) clients you are on calls between 18:00 and 23:00 Tashkent time. If a live checkout, booking or CRM lead pipeline breaks when a 3rd-party API changes, you fix it on call.
