What does the day look like?
Your day is spent in a browser workspace comparing 1 prompt with 2 model answers (A versus B). You score each answer on 5-point or 7-point scales for factuality, instruction-following, safety, tone, conciseness and formatting. Then you write a 100 to 300 words note explaining which answer is stronger, where the logic breaks and which facts are invented. When both answers fail, you write the ideal answer from 0 yourself (SFT), check dates and quotes in Google, Wikipedia and academic databases, and probe safety limits with hard multi-turn prompts.
The split is 25% visible work — reading answers and picking the better 1 — and 75% everything else: 40% external fact-checking against primary sources, 20% reading 50 to 100 pages of rubrics, taking unpaid quizzes and tracking guideline changes, 15% waiting in an empty queue (Empty Queue / No Tasks Available) or disputing audit scores. The status is 100% freelance contractor, 1099 or civil-law contract, with 0 guaranteed hours per week and droughts lasting days or weeks. Batches often drop during United States business hours, so workers in Tashkent time take tasks between 22:00 to 05:00. Each task has a 25 to 45 minutes timer: miss it and the task expires unpaid, rush it and quality flags follow.
