What does the day look like?
Around 15% of your time is spent on executive interviews, engaging with charismatic candidates, and organising team retreats. The remaining 85% is dedicated to multi-jurisdictional labour law compliance across 3 to 15 country legal entities, structuring cross-border compensation and benefits (Total Rewards), negotiating with works councils (such as the Betriebsrat in Germany or CSE in France), and budget modelling.
Daily work relies on enterprise tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Deel, Remote.com, Culture Amp, Lattice, ADP GlobalView, DocuSign, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. There is no shift work, but cross-time-zone commitments require early morning meetings with APAC hubs and late evening reviews with US headquarters.
