What does the day look like?
You typically work Monday to Friday, about 37–40 hours a week — no shift work and no on-call duty. Roughly 15–25% of the day is client meetings and presentations; 40–50% is email, scheduling, internal coordination, budgets and invoicing; 15–25% is reporting and campaign tracking; 5–10% is new-business support. Day to day you attend client briefings, translate briefs for creative, media and finance teams, track timelines and budgets, present work and status reports, handle renewals and upsells, resolve complaints and write contact reports. Tools include Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud for review, and agency workflow systems. Creative work is not the core — delivery and translation dominate. Hours stretch around pitches and deadlines, with occasional evenings; weekend work is rare.
