What does the day look like?
Your day runs on strategy, budgets, and people — not filming ads. Most of it is dashboards, budget models, and agency reviews in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SAP, Salesforce or HubSpot-class CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, and Slack, with Microsoft Project for planning. You approve annual and quarterly plans, hire and develop the team, analyse sales and market data, set pricing and positioning with finance, and present to the CEO, board, and investors. Creative campaigns and brand moments are roughly 15–25% of the work; the other 75–85% is planning, numbers, people management, and stakeholder politics. This is a full-time office role. Listings in Uzbekistan sometimes show six-day weeks and nine- to ten-hour days, and hours often exceed 40 during launches. There is no shift work, but being on call for PR crises is common.
