What does the day look like?
Your day sits between numbers, experiments, and paid channels. You design and run A/B tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls; manage paid acquisition on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; and build lifecycle CRM flows through email, push, and in-app triggers. You analyse funnel metrics — CAC, LTV, activation, retention — in GA4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, and work across Figma, Slack, Jira, and Airtable.
Roughly 40–50% of the time goes to analysis, reporting, and experiment design; 25–35% to hands-on campaign and CRM execution; 15–20% to meetings and written updates. Expect 40–55 hours a week — 84% of marketing managers report more than 40. There is no shift work, but if you cover US or EU time zones from Uzbekistan, you will have evening overlap calls rather than a formal night shift.
