What does the day look like?
Most roles run Monday to Friday, in an office or remotely. You build and tune paid campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and sometimes Yandex Direct in Uzbekistan. You manage budgets and bids, track CPL, CPA, and ROAS, pull reports in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets, run A/B tests on creatives and audiences, brief designers and copywriters, and occasionally fix landing pages or tracking tags with a developer.
Roughly 35–45% of the day sits inside ad platforms, 25–35% in reporting and spreadsheet analysis, 15–25% in meetings and client communication, and 5–10% on admin. Launching ads is the visible part, but it is less than half the job. There is no regular shift or on-call work — only occasional late evenings before a campaign goes live.
