What does the day look like?
Your day is mostly planning and inboxes, not shoots. You draft the weekly content grid, match product drop dates to platform trends, crop lookbook photos, cut runway or fitting footage into Reels and TikTok edits in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, write on-brand captions, hashtags and alt-text, and queue posts in Meta Business Suite. Then you clear DMs and comments, log weekly reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement and link-in-bio click-through in Google Sheets, and on set you steam garments and shoot BTS phone footage.
The norm is 40 hours: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. About 20% of the week is creative shoot presence and curation, 80% is operations: community triage, tracking sheets, caption writing, resizing assets, scheduling queues, reporting. During Milan, Paris, London and New York fashion weeks, seasonal drop launches, Black Friday or press events, evening and weekend cover for live show updates and comment spikes is standard.
