Pay in the destination countries
Monthly, in US dollars. Each country is an Imora admission package — open one for that route's fees, language requirement and deadline.
What does the day look like?
As a club scout you watch live matches most evenings and weekends, travel between grounds, film and log players of interest, then write structured reports into the club database with grades on technique, athleticism, mentality and injury history. As a recruitment analyst your day is on video and data: footage on Wyscout, Hudl and InStat, screening with Opta event data, spreadsheets and dashboards for shortlists, and market checks on TransferRoom.
The part you imagine, watching star players in stadiums, is a small share of the work. The large share is video review, data filtering, report writing, travel logistics and keeping contacts alive. Evening, weekend and deadline-day work is normal, and transfer windows bring on-call weeks with late-night talks across time zones.
