What does the day look like?
Your day runs inside Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot Service Hub, Talkdesk and Five9. You teach new hires on product, policy, tone and systems, run nesting where trainees take live contacts under close supervision, and organise shadowing and reverse shadowing. Then you score calls and tickets against a rubric, join calibration sessions with quality staff, write and update procedure manuals, handouts, lesson plans and assessments in Confluence, Notion, Guru, Lessonly by Seismic, Docebo and TalentLMS, check quality in Playvox, Klaus and MaestroQA, and track attendance, completion, pass rates and early-tenure quality in Verint, NICE and Calabrio plus Looker, Tableau and spreadsheets.
Most of the day is coaching, grading, updating material and answering trainee questions, with a smaller share for formal classroom delivery. The pattern is 40 hours full time, but BPO delivery is rota based, with evening, weekend and night cover for foreign clients, overtime around launches, and for remote trainers camera-on delivery blocks plus on-call floor support during nesting.
