What does the day look like?
You own a small book of large named accounts. You run scheduled business reviews, track product adoption and health scores, negotiate renewals, look for expansion opportunities, and coordinate rescue plans for accounts at risk of leaving. You work in Salesforce for the customer record, Gainsight or Totango for health scoring and playbooks, Zendesk for support ticket history, Jira for escalations to engineering, Slack and Zoom for client contact, Tableau or Looker for usage reporting.
Most of the week is not demos and friendly calls: inbox, internal escalation threads, usage spreadsheets, renewal paperwork and internal forecast calls take the large share, with direct client face time as a minority share. Hours are standard business hours aligned to the client region; working from Tashkent for United States clients means evening work. There is no night shift rota, but escalations and renewal deadlines bring on-call pressure at quarter end.
